Cancellation of guaranteed reservations
To be valid, the request must be confirmed by the Grand Hotel Terme di Augusto. To guarantee the reservation a credit card number with expiration date is required. Cancellation of guaranteed reservations. If canceling up to 7 days prior to your stay: no penalty. In all other cases a penalty equal to 50% of the total of the reserved stay will be applied.
